In this tutorial, we’ll see how to create a Motion Tween in Flash to create different visual effects and animations.

In the first frame, draw a box. Then, create a new keyframe in frame 20. Move the box in this new keyframe. Finally, right click between the keyframes and select  Create Motion Tween.

This is it. Flash creates the moving animation. But, you can do other things… Like this animation:



So, these are the things you can transform:

  • Rotation
  • Size
  • Color
  • Brightness
  • Tint
  • Alpha
  • Position

Rotation and Size: Just rotate or resize the image using the Free Transform Tool.

Brightness, Tint, Alpha and Color (Advanced): In the Properties Menu. See this picture for more information:
